Who operates the directory

The directory operator is iMarketU, run by Ryan Leonel Mejia in Texas. This notice covers SA Businesses (satxbusinesses.com) and its listing-request form. Ryan handles listing review and directory privacy requests.

What the listing request asks for

The separate GoHighLevel (GHL) form asks for a business name, category, description, areas served, public business email and public business phone. Service specialty and website are optional. We also keep review status, review notes and evidence of the permissions given for a listing.

The form uses GHL’s contact email and phone fields. Existing CRM information does not automatically become approved directory information.

The form has two separate required, initially unchecked agreements:

Publication permission

I am authorized to represent this business and give permission for the business name, category, description, areas served, and public contact details provided here to appear in the directory after review. I understand submission does not guarantee publication.

Directory operator data use

I agree that iMarketU, the directory operator, may store and use the information I submit to review and manage this listing request.

These agreements are not consent to promotional email, SMS or phone marketing. The listing form does not include a separate marketing-consent field.

How we use and publish information

We use listing information to review and manage requests and maintain approved listings. A submission does not automatically create a public listing. Ryan reviews the business, the submitter’s authority, both agreements and the exact public details before approving publication.

Approved listings may show the approved business name, category, description, areas served and public contact details, including an owner-approved website or specialty when provided. Pending requests, review notes, submission references, permission evidence and unapproved CRM details are not included in the public directory.

Public listing details can be viewed, copied or indexed by others. Removing a listing from this directory does not remove copies held elsewhere.

Storage and service providers

Directory pages

The directory pages’ own code does not use analytics scripts, cookies or browser storage. Search and category filtering run in your browser. Hosting providers may process technical information to deliver and maintain the site.

“Request a listing” opens the separately hosted GHL form in a new tab; the directory does not load that form automatically. Links to businesses and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.

Listing form and review records

GHL processes listing requests in iMarketU’s account. The form has save-progress, timezone capture and bot protection enabled. These features may store or process entered information and technical data before you submit the form; do not assume that closing it clears all information.

We also maintain private directory review records. Ryan is responsible for directory review and privacy requests. Information is also handled by the providers supporting the form and account.

HighLevel’s privacy information describes its services and distinguishes information processed for its customers. This directory notice describes iMarketU’s use of your listing information. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

How long we keep information

We keep listing approval records while a listing is active. We review rejected or withdrawn requests after 90 days to remove directory data that is no longer needed. This is a review checkpoint, not an automatic deletion deadline.

Shared GHL contacts may serve other existing purposes, which we check separately before removing shared records. Removing a public listing and deleting stored records are separate actions. We cannot promise that removing a listing also immediately removes every provider-held copy, including any backups.

Corrections, withdrawal and privacy requests

Email imrketuandthewrld@gmail.com to correct public details, withdraw a listing, ask about information kept for your request or request its deletion. Include the business name and what you would like changed. We may ask for information needed to verify your authority; please do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.

Ryan reviews these requests and distinguishes directory-specific information from shared records. If we cannot fully carry out a request, we will explain what can be changed or removed. Removing a listing does not remove copies made by search engines or other people.
